We’re a family operated business, with a father and son duo working together. Malik is the boots on the ground manager with vast amounts of construction experience and Sunny handles the background operations and finances.
Malik Mahmood is an entrepreneur at heart, driven by integrity and a passion for doing things the right way. A longtime resident of the Atlanta area, he has called Georgia home for nearly 30 years.
Malik began his journey in real estate in 2015, flipping houses and personally handling much of the work. Through hands-on experience, he mastered the art of quality construction, building strong partnerships, and ensuring every project stands the test of time. Starting with small renovations, he quickly expanded his expertise to tackling the most challenging properties. Today, whether it’s reviving a one-bedroom home or constructing a 10,000-square-foot custom build, Malik brings a wealth of experience and a commitment to excellence.
Beyond his work, Malik values time spent with family and friends. As a proud father of two UGA graduates, he’s a dedicated Georgia Bulldogs fan and an avid supporter of Atlanta sports teams.
Sunny Malik is a Georgia native with a deep-rooted passion for real estate and business operations. After graduating from the University of Georgia in 2015, he launched his career in Finance before transitioning into Tech in New York City. He spent eight years in NYC honing his expertise before moving back to Atlanta full-time.
Sunny is largely responsible for managing partnerships and helps define the vision of the home. He has his real state license and is responsible for sales related activities.
